The staff was so incredibly helpful and everyone had an absolute BLAST! Check-in went smoothly and we were blown away by how quickly they were able to get every one checked in, set up with socks, and through to the trampolines! Each staff member was fully committed to making sure that everyone was staying safe and having fun! They were perfectly accommodating to anything our group needed and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.
I have always love sky zone, because of the enforcement of how to jump safely. And A jumper per square. But since is under a new ownership this places sucks. Safety is no longer a priority. This place is crowded and staff are not train properly. So disappointed with this place. My daughter got hurt, and all she was told is to share a square with 4 people.
Good place for kids, they need a gate for toddlers area. My son kept running out of the trampoline area to other spots. Good food and drink. Bathrooms easy and close to get to

We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday and I was quite impressed at the great service we got from everyone on the day of. My 'personal assistant' was Alexis, who was GREAT!!!! Her attention to detail and kindness towards our guests was impeccable. The food was great. Everyone complimented the food and service. I was glad we decided to have it here. The only disappointment was that I was supposed to get a phone call 3 days before the birthday in order to pick out the food venue, however since they didn't call I ended up calling them 3 times, left voicemail messages and no one ever called back. I had been in an accident and I'm limited in movement, (which is the reason why I picked this place, it relieved most of my duties of having to do it all myself) so I had to go in person only to find out that they "were having issues" with their phones (I feel it was a way to avoid any kind of responsibility). In all honesty, because the service was impeccable the day of the celebration, I over looked the phone call and the hassle to drive there, even knowing that it could all have been done over a 5 to 10 minute phone call. All in all, I would definitely recommend having a birthday party there and if my kids are for it again, I would have no problem in picking Sky Zone again.
Don't always love the music choices. Other than that they have some great deals and I'm looking forward to trying the parents night out. Early bird special includes two hours for the price of one. I've visited twice and staff is always respectful and kind. We brought socks from another trampoline park they asked us not to use them and gave us a free pair of their socks.

We recently had an all-nighter where we spent the entire night doing all kinds of fun events with our junior high and high school students. Sky Zone was just one of our stops, but it was certainly the highlight of the entire night! Even before arriving, Jamar was a huge help in making the reservation for us and getting all the logistics figured out. Since we were going to have a larger group of about 80 people, we ended up doing a facility rental for a full hour (and the price was WAY better than any of the other trampoline parks we looked into)
