Went to find a sale item. The thing was not on the shelf and I could find no slot where it might go. The worst part is not finding ANY employees on the area to help. I left the store with the security check person yakking away with some other slacker. All I got was Have A Nice Day. An hour of time wasted.

Employees are generally helpful and will try to assist you in finding your particular item. Fry's price matches which can save you some money and time over buying online. The location has plenty of parking even during the holiday buying season. Lines can sometimes get long at both the checkout and exit, as they are slow to open more registers and receipt checkers.
Great Prices on many items and a large selection. The best deals in their sales tend to sell out quickly. Many employees are extremely helpful, often walking you to the I tr ems you can't find. Promo codes in emails turn some good deals into great deals.
Even though they are commission-based, it is so hard to find any help anywhere in the store. But you can find a bunch of Associates talking to each other. I'd go across the street and had to Best Buy if I was in deep need and couldn't wait to go on Amazon
This scenario is very typical of most of my visits. Can't find products, can't find help. Sale items are scattered around the store in illogical locations to force you to run marathons. I don't have time for their games. Makes a person lean more to online shopping.
Used to be the go-to place for electronics, however it's fallen apart the past few years. Inventory does't seem to turn around as often, shelves are poorly organized, tech basics are hide to find or not in stock. But hey, they do have a cool Tesla coil looking contraption outside.
