4 days of still waiting for a prescription and still no phone call back after multiple calls and promises of the problem being taken care of, glad its not life threatening or I'd be dead.
Primary care doctor our family sees is the VERY best. Dr.P always takes great care of us. Takes his time with addressing our needs, is caring and is justva fantastic doctor. His staff is always warm, helpful and friendly. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else...

I am writing about the OBGYN area of North County Health Services in San Marcos. I had a test done and it is a sensitive one. I am trying to get the results, I am very anxious. I waited and they never called me so I called them. I talked with an RN and she read the results really fast on the phone as if she was just trying to see what it said, it sounded scary but she just said I will get back to you I do not know why they did not call you. Two days later, and no call, I am so worried and called back but when the representative answered she said hold on I will transfer you and then she came back on the line and said I will give them a message and they will call you back. I told her I am very anxious about these results and I barely got the sentence out and she said, "ok, ok I will give them the message", and she hung up. That was around 2 in the afternoon and I still have not heard by the end of the day, this is Friday and now I will have to wait till Monday. That is the worse service I have ever gotten. How would they like to be treated that way.
Best recommendation do not go to this clinic the receptionist or plain rude and they think that the simple fact that you have Medi-Cal they I think you're less of a person specially me been there for almost 4 hours waiting for my son to get called changing medical office as soon as possible
