These reviews are full of it I've been using Matthew King insurance for several years every question I've ever asked has been answered correctly they're very courteous and polite and always on top of your every need
The shadiest insurance company I have ever dealt with. I called for a quote, the quote was great. Payed my down payment they emailed me a receipt and they were supposed to email me my binder for the policy. Few days went by never got anything. I called and was put on hold for 20 mins, got disconnected. Then called again and they apologized said they were busy and said to leave a message. They never called back called again two days later and told them I am on my way to pick up the binder in person. To make a long story short came to find out I was never insured at all.
I have been with Matthew King for the past 7 or 8
Cancelled after less than 10 days due to costly coverage. Was not explained refund details after persistent calls and messages. Would not recommend this company due to shady business practices. Feeling ripped off here...

yrs and i would recommend him to all my friends. My agent Marie and the rest of the office staff has been very helpful and when i have any questions they answer them without hesitation .
unlike other insurance brokers out there that are just trying to make a quick Buck off of you they actually take time for the customers needs I highly recommend them
