We had our TV destroyed, and damages to the bed, dresser and walls in the house. Although we were compensated a cursory sum ($150) for the furniture; it took us a month to even get $150. The company refuses to compensate us for the damages to the walls or make repairs.
Do not hire this company to move for you.
I join so many other reviewers who had a miserable experience with this company. Horrible experience with these movers. Absolutely unprofessional and numerous items damaged in a short haul. Also, driver took a very long way to destination and the drive time charges reflected it. Do not use these movers.
I had applied on indeed for a position here & I got this email on a Thursday for a "phone interview" Sales manager Marisa Elias had scheduled me a interview for Friday & she never called! She had me waiting! So I decided to email her.. she replied a day later. She never called me!! She either didn't want to hire me or she was just playing dumb. Whatever it was she wasted my time, got my hopes up for nothing!! Marisa Elias is unprofessional, she does not communicate with you. Don't waste your time to get a job here or even hire these people to move your personal things. I'm pretty sure All state moving company does a better job!!
The manager will not return telephone calls or answer emails.
***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***
I would give zero stars if that were an option. I will never use this company again, based on a terrible experience. They charged me DOUBLE what they quoted over the phone, which can be explained only as either incompetence or dishonesty. They damaged my furniture and showed no concern whatsoever. They sent an undersized truck so had to make two runs instead of one. Overall, very, very expensive and a terrible experience.
I am a Military Spouse who needed some assistance with moving as my husband is on an unaccompanied tour in Cuba. I hired this company to move literally a washer, dryer, deep freezer, BBQ grill, Hello Kitty Hummer, 2 TVs, and 2 dressers and 1 kitchen set that is wood and this took 2 hrs. I paid 298.00, mind you I just came out of a hand cast and I was able to move the rest of my belongings (from a 4 bedroom home & 2 1/2 bath) and took me 5 hours with a help of another military wife and close friend of mine, along with our kids help. I am just in shock on how I was approached and the comments that were made during the move. One of the movers has been employed with the company about a year and a half. He was complaining on how he is always stuck with the new people and how he hates it. He also asked me if, I was the typical "Military Wife" who is stuck up and never tips? I was speechless! The other mover had only been there 3 days and was more professional than the other man. However the mover that had been there longer was complaining and talking to his co-worker like he was ignorant and just complained the entire move about how the new is not doing things correctly. The drivers got lost and could not find my house because the original people that processed my order had my move to address wrong. So the drivers got lost for like 15 mins. I only hired the movers for 2 hours that was my limit because I did not have much to move. Time was running out and my 15 year old had to help unload the truck and so did I. I called Monday to complain and I received a call from Brandon who works in one of the offices. I expressed my concern and how unsatisfied I was as a client based on the comments alone. He was highly apologetic. He stated that a manager would be calling me here soon. I have received a call yesterday asking if I still need assistance with my move. I explained how I am waiting for a manager to call me back. He stated oh I remember this situation and I will send another email and someone will get back to you shortly. This morning I received another call same situation. Brandon stated that same thing, I will send another email and someone will be calling you back. I asked for the managers name and I was told that he could not give this information to me. I have requested 1/2 of money back as my son had to assist with unloading and for the unnecessary comments. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am not happy with their service
