Showed up 10 minutes before opening and was the 4th person in line. Signed at 8:03 and I already had my paperwork ready. The young lady at the front desk was very efficient and moved everyone through quickly. I waited for almost an hour before I was seen by an assistant who did the initial tests. Then was put in a room and told the doctor would see me asap. About 15 minutes later he came in asked me 3 questions checked breathing and heart. Had me do 4 movements to check my flexibility. Done. Saw the doctor for maybe 3 minutes. Was moved to another waiting area then had to go back to give a sample. Back to the waiting area...An hour and fifty minutes later finally released.
Awesome experience! Everything is clean, bright, and organized. Very friendly and exceptionally professional as well as amazingly efficient staff members. Super quick! In and out in only minutes!
The staff was professional and courteous. Dr Cathy on the other hand was neither. I went in there to do a dot physical and she made me jump through hoops to pass me. She told me I had to get a work release from my from my personal physician because I had had a surgery earlier in the year. I told her I had already been released and was back to work she said I needed a new release because of a very minor abnormality. When I emailed my Dr and explained the situation to him he could not believe the reason she did not pass me. He said the abnormality had no effect on my ability to drive a truck. Needless to say he gave me my work release without hesitation. Thanks for the wasted time and aggravation Concentra. Beware commercial drivers.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice and kind. It was my first time being there for myself. Once I got to the back and in my own room everyone worked quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 10-15minutes.
Everyone EXCEPT the attending physician was solicitous and helpful. He was peremptory and dismissive of my questions and concerns. I had a head wound which he did not clean or bandage. Once he inserted 6 staples in my scalp and it began bleeding anew, he was unconcerned and offered no method of staunching the flow. My friend got some paper towels so I wouldn't walk out looking like a crime-scene victim.
