El Nino was bearing down and I felt the pressure to replace our 30+ year old composition roof. I received over 10 different contractor estimates for removal and replacement. Urbach was recommended to me by a neighbor and they were not the cheapest but the most comprehensive with their roofing systems. The sales professional who came out was a pleasure to deal with. Urbach provided the most detailed estimate and offered additional services such as gutter and skylight replacement. Most importantly, when there was a concern during the install, Urbach responded quickly and rectified the issue without question. Very good communication and top notch service. I would use Urbach again without hesitation, these are true professionals you can count on.

Our experience with Urbach roofing was wonderful from start to finish. We met with a lot of roofers and Roger gave us much much more information than any of the other companies. So from the get go we had a lot of faith in his abilities. When it came time to tear off and re-roof, his crew was clean and courteous, and kept the jobsite super clean. His office staff is professional and were in contact with us through the whole process. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier!
From the first telephone call Roger Urbach and his staff, Heather, Stephanie, and Jose, were top notch. They always answered all of my questions right away and were very knowledgeable of the roofing industry. Even after the roof was on a few small items needed to be dealt with and Heather made sure they were taken care of. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Roger and his team. After they were finished they cleaned up the area and you would not have even known they had been there.
