I brought my son's Haro bike in to get the main crank barrings replaced, when I got it back it was making a weird noise that it wasn't before. When I got it home I decided to take apart the crank and see what was going on, what I found was that they didn't replace the barrings at all. They just put 31 individual ball bearings in the crank, some of which were just floating around inside. Needless to say I will be bringing my bike back in to get a refund and bring it to a different shop. Additionally I had my brakes on my Gary Fisher Hi-Fi check out because there wasn't any pressure on the rear. The tech told me that it was normal and that I just needed to ride it more for the pressure to build up. Of course that was a super technical diagnosis and nothing was fixed, they wiped down my wheels and that was it. They also missed two teeth missing on one of My guide gears, which is causing some of my issues. So in the end, do yourself a favor and just look over your own bike thoroughly and bring it to another reputable shop, so you don't waste your money like I did.

This shop is awesome. I've gone to them any time I havnt been able to figure something out myself and they've always been more than fair to me. My favorite part about this place is that they talk to you and treat you like a friend rather than a customer who doesn't know anything. I recently had my brakes done here and they hooked a brother up!
