I can't speak more highly of the customer service that I received from Mike in service and the manager Angel. My mtn bike frame broke again. They researched the warranty issues and realized that my frame was still covered under the warranty. My entire frame was replaced by Trek at minimal cost to me. They gave me some options to upgrade certain components on the rebuild and kept me informed of the status through out the 2 week period. Angel also worked with me on providing a rental when I needed to ride. Thanks again for great service!
I have taking my bikes in for service several time. I have a mountain bike and triathlon bike. Everyone in the service department is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly customers oriented. And to top it off, the team is always fair on pricing and does their best to get me the lowest price on parts.
Went in just starting to shop around for a road bike. Jon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in both road and mountain. He sized me up on the machine and gave me exact measurement I needed and set me up for a demo to test the bike. Excellent customer service.
