rude and they are not here to protect but you cite you a ticket! Without the student the University wouldn't have careers so therefore you guys should treat the students in a good matter because we pay thousands of dollars just to come here. This is our University/HOME and CSUSM police should help students not make them pay more money for stupid citations.
It's all about having mutual respect. I've been around campus since 2012. Had a few encounters with them. Yea, they took my money for parking tickets but other than that the actual officers are good people, always keeping the peace for/with students. They even throw an annual Lowrider car show. Yea a Lowrider Carshow open to the public! Check it out next time.
Their only purpose on campus is to write tickets to students, further increasing the already ridiculously exorbitant parking prices.

Campus police is the friendliest group of officers I've ever met!! I've worked on them multiple times on campus as a student and they're always happy to help.
