Very professional and respectful. I don't think enough people understand that there aren't an unlimited amount of sheriffs in this city. They have to prioritize calls and sometimes not respond to one for awhile. Every encounter I have had with the San Marcos station deputies has been worth 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could.
Absolutely the worst law enforcement angencie in the souther part of California. I have made numerous non emergency calls for issues in my apartment complex and they answer 50% of the time. How is it that a public safety agency could allow that? Most recently I called for a noise complaint that was waking up my entire complex and no one ever showed up. I called back twice and the dispatch said "the call was put in, they will be there when they can." That is unacceptable.
Recently had a cop complain I was riding a bicycle on sidewalk at dusk without a back light. Not on the road and not being reckless. Another cop nitpicking instead of looking out for more important things like a guy who rolled through a Red light (this is called a California Stop fyi) and almost hit me cause he didn't scan the crosswalk. You need to prioritize your problems rookie.
They always had good response time ,remember they can only do soo much if we in San Marcos want more officers ,we as tax payers should provide more fund's
Failure to give proper information.
Was wrongfully detained today. Handcuffed to the point of injury. Denied my right to know reason for pullover, denied right to have superior officer observe. Arrested without read rights,car wrongfully and illegally searched and then ticketed for obstruction of justice for talking back and defending my rights.
