I would not recommend. I was sold a mattress that would not work on the adjustable base that I bought it with because the salesman did not think it was not noteworthy to tell me and he was more concerned with his commission. When I went to the store to get the refund the salesman literally hit my purse. I was standing at the customer service line and there was plenty of room to get around me. I know we're all trying to make money but don't try to trick me when you know we're on a budget. And FYI now I have a mattress protector that I can't return because it left the showroom. Even though it is still in the wrapping...
Chuck one of the sale associates was absolutely amazing! Me and my wife just moved into our new apartment and we're looking for new furniture as we tried several other before going to Ashley's furniture store and we're blown away by the customer service we received as well as the prices. A lot of people might think of Ashely's furniture and think that it's too expensive but it's not, just go see chuck and the manager J, and they will give you the best deal and you will love you're new furniture I guarantee it. Again me wife and I are just beyond overwhelmed with the customer service we received as well as the great deal chuck and J offered us allowing us to get the furniture set of our dreams.
Let me start by saying THAT CHUCK IS THE MAN. Ask for CHUCK! End of story. Great guy, knows his stuff. I'm happy with my selection and his service A+++
Me and my husband picked our pieces to be shipped to us. (Bed frame, dresser, and bedside table) We were told we would get a call to set a delivery date. 2 weeks go by and not a word so we call. We are told the person who does that isn't there to call bad on a certain day. We call back at said time and they aren't there either. We ask to speak to a manager because all we need to do is set a day to be delivered and none can speak to us. We are told to call back another time. Fast forward through this dance about 2 months and still no date set and no word from any manager. We leave our email and contact information and still nothing. It has been nearly 4 months and we are still sleeping on a matress in the floor and are still in the same situation after going in store as well just to be told that no one knows what's going on. "We should come back when the manager we worked with on our first visit is there." At this point I don't know what to do. I'm beyond aggrivated
The best Ashley Furniture Store we have ever been to. Why? Because of Brent! If you’re going there, ask for Brent. He has many years of interior design experience and it is absolutely evident! He took the time to look over our floor plans, mapped out the square footage, and helped us pick out furniture and decor for our house. We are absolutely pleased. People tell us our house looks like a showroom, and I’m not kidding either. Great experience, great prices, and Brent made the experience awesome! Thanks!
