So Jerome's was our last stop on our furniture quest that day, after a number of days searching for a good set of couches. We had sat on everything. Glad I went to Jerome's last because it gave a real appreciation for the quality and feel of their Dream Seating. So plush, and yet supportive. My favorite.
Eric was super friendly when we first arrived, giving us all the information he could about the couch I had looked at on their online shop. He had informed us that it currently wasn't in stock since it was new, but that he could have it delivered to our house that same day if it was part of their new shipment- which it was!
Thanks Jerome's! I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in need of some new furniture.
The people and products here are really awesome. I feel like I got a great set of couches and paid less than I thought I'd have to for this level of quality.
The couch itself has made a wonderful addition to our apartment, and there was no trouble or damage done during the delivery process, which was also quick and easy.
Vicky at the San Marcos location helped me pick out my mattress. She asked what type of bed I was looking for then she showed me what she thought I would like. Ended up with exactly what I wanted and then some. Vicky is so caring and thoughtful a definite keeper! My only complaint was delivery the next day. Was supposed to delivered between 10am - 2pm. They didn't show up until 8pm so I missed a birthday party I was supposed to go. I have been a Jerome's customer for over 40 years and I will continue to be!
The salesperson that helped us was also very amiable, and it was a pleasure to talk to him as well! He was very knowledgeable about the sofa, and eager to talk about all it's neat features.
We received great service from Chris, who hustled and was really helpful. Regrettably we went there half hour before closing, because we were not expecting to find so much hood stuff. Chris was patient and let us do our thing regardless, and made sure all our needs were addressed.
Gary was absolutely the best sales rep I’ve come across. I went in looking to furnish a 2-bedroom condo I had recently purchased. He was tremendously patient and friendly. He took time to explain the features of each furniture I was interested in... he went back and forth adding on to the purchase order as I walked around and picked the pieces I liked. Credit application was quick and easy. Terms are awesome! I got interest-free financing for 36 months! And all their furnitures were in stock! Next day delivery was offered as it was late in the day when we finally got done putting the order together. However, I didn’t need the furniture until the following weekend. It was a great experience overall and all the furniture had good quality to them. I would definitely shop here again in the future!
Came into Jerome's looking for a sofa sleeper, came out feeling like I made a good choice!
B was our sales person. She was very nice. She was happy to go all over the store to find us everything we were looking for. We were so happy with her service that we bought everything there. We didn't even waist time looking at other stores. We even bought a few extra things. Next time we shop we will ask for B. Please tell her thank you for making it a great shopping experience.
