The salesman stayed with me until I made my decision. I was pretty much satisfied with how everything was taken care of. And I also enjoy my purchase. I had gone to another store to get the item and I was absolutely disappointed with how it went there.

Okay this may be a bit premature as I don't have the chair for my Aunt yet ! However, the "buying experience" was excellent. MaryAnn (think I have her name right) our sales associate at the San Marcos location was patient and knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. We pick up the chair next week and hope that experience is just as pleasurable.
